Privacy Policy — Exit Arrow!

Last updated: 1 August 2026 · Applies to the Android app com.Wrathsoft.ExitArrow, published by Wrathsoft.

Exit Arrow! is a puzzle game. There is no sign-up: you play anonymously, and we never ask you for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or precise location. You may optionally link a Google, Google Play Games or Unity account to sync your progress across devices and appear on leaderboards — that is a choice, never a requirement, and the game is fully playable without it. This policy explains the data the app and the services inside it do handle, and how to control it.

To have your data deleted, see Request data deletion.

1. What the app collects

DataWhyWho handles it
Advertising ID (a resettable identifier Android provides) To show ads, limit how often the same ad repeats, and measure whether an ad worked Our advertising partners (section 3)
Device and technical data — model, operating system version, language, country, screen size, coarse network information, IP address To deliver ads appropriate to your region, and to diagnose crashes and performance problems Advertising partners, Firebase, Unity Gaming Services
Gameplay data — level reached, stars, hearts, in-game currency, settings, anonymous player ID To save your progress, sync it if you continue on another device, and show leaderboards Unity Gaming Services, Google Play Games Services
Purchase records — which in-app item was bought and whether it completed To grant what you bought and restore it if you reinstall Google Play Billing
Crash and diagnostic logs To find and fix bugs Unity Cloud Diagnostics, Firebase
Push notification token To send you reminders and gift notifications, if you allow notifications Firebase Cloud Messaging

Your saved game also lives on your own device (level progress, hearts, settings). That copy never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

2. What we never collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone or camera input, precise (GPS) location, health data, or any payment details. We never see your card number — Google Play processes every purchase.

3. Third-party services

The app includes software from the companies below. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.

ServicePurposePolicy
Unity (LevelPlay / ironSource mediation, Unity Ads, Unity Gaming Services)Ads, saved progress, leaderboards, diagnosticsunity.com/legal
Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Play Billing, Play Games Services)Analytics, notifications, purchases, leaderboardspolicies.google.com/privacy

MintegralAdsmintegral.com/en/privacy
PangleAdspangleglobal.com/privacy
Vungle (Liftoff)Adsliftoff.io/privacy-policy

4. Advertising and your choices

The game is free and supported by ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch. Ads may be personalised using your advertising ID.

You can reset or remove that identifier at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads on your Android device. Choosing Delete advertising ID stops apps receiving it; you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not show you personalised ads at all. We do not ask for your consent to personalised advertising, so we do not rely on it: the app tells our advertising partners to serve you non-personalised ads only. You will still see ads, chosen without profiling you.

5. Children

Exit Arrow! is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. How long data is kept, and deleting it

Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Data held by the services above is kept as long as it is needed for the purpose described, then deleted or anonymised under each provider's retention rules.

To have your gameplay data and anonymous player ID deleted from our side, email jfkenz89@gmail.com from the address you contact us with and say which device the app is installed on. We will action it within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Because the app has no accounts, we hold almost nothing that identifies you personally — but write to the address below and we will do what we can with the identifiers you give us.

8. Data transfers and security

The services above operate globally, so data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. All network traffic between the app and these services uses encrypted connections.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
