Request data deletion — Exit Arrow!

You can ask us to delete the data associated with your play. Exit Arrow! has no sign-up:
you play anonymously unless you choose to link a Google, Google Play Games or Unity account
for cloud save and leaderboards.
How to request deletion
Email jfkenz89@gmail.com with the subject
“Delete my data”, and include:
- The account you linked in the game, if you linked one (Google, Play Games or Unity)
- Roughly when you last played, which helps us find the right record
We action requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud-saved progress and the anonymous player ID it is stored under
- Your leaderboard entries
- Any linked-account association
What is kept, and why
- Purchase records. Google Play holds these, not us, and tax law requires
them to be retained. Manage them in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.
- Aggregated analytics. Counts that no longer identify any individual —
such as how many players finished a level — remain, because they cannot be traced back to you.
Deleting everything yourself
Uninstalling the app removes the copy of your progress stored on your device. If you never
linked an account, that is the only copy that ever existed.
